Abv8 Terms and Conditions – Please read before using the Platform

1 General Terms

Abv8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting platform operating under a licence issued by an international gaming authority. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between abv8 and its users.

• Driving Licence
• Bank statement or utility bill (for address verification)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. abv8 reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time without prior notice.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on abv8 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Processing times may be longer if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit at a specified rate. These bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x.

• Referral Bonus: When you refer a friend, both parties receive a bonus. The referred person must open a new account and make a minimum deposit.

Abv8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on abv8:

• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10. The maximum bet amount varies depending on the specific game and event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, abv8 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed in Sports Betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with abv8's policy.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected across multiple accounts on the same event, abv8 reserves the right to void all such bets.
• Abv8 is not liable for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abv8 Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Any attempt to manipulate games through fraud, hacking, or the use of unauthorised software.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users.
• Impersonating an abv8 employee or representative.

7 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Abv8 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) will be marked as "dormant".
• The user has submitted a request to close their account.

Users who wish to close their account should contact the abv8 support team. It is recommended to withdraw all available balance before closing the account. As part of responsible gaming, users may also choose to temporarily pause their account.

8 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Abv8 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Any bet or transaction interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• The user's password or login credentials have been compromised by a third party.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Legal complications related to online gaming in the user's country.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact abv8's customer support team in the first instance. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, a formal complaint may be submitted to abv8's licensing authority.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which abv8 is registered.
